Keith Andrews has said he would be delighted to earn an extension at the club.

Speaking to ESPN the January signing was pleased with the start of his Albion career against former club Wolves, and he’s hoping it’s a sign of things to come.

‘I would certainly be open to a longer deal, I have come here to play for a head coach I want to play for and a club I believe is well run, so I am certainly open to it and I’m sure if I keep going the way I am then the club will be aswell.’

Andrews also said he had no problems with celebrating his goal against Wolves.

‘I wasn’t reluctant in the slightest. I don’t feel I owe the club anything in particular. A few people have said that Robbie Keane didn’t celebrate when he scored, well Robbie didn’t get booed every time he touched the ball, so it’s swings and roundabouts.’
