The Birmingham Mail reported yesterday that one man was missing as the players and staff met up to take their flight to our training camp up in Scotland this week.
He becomes the third player to refuse to train #wba https://t.co/h0LnVbNp3K

Yes, a certain James McClean has become the latest child to throw his toys and try and push through a move away from the club following our relegation. Quite why he’d go to those efforts and land himself with a fortnight’s fine to move to Stoke City is beyond me.
Being the third to do so this summer has gained the usual responses from the fans and it’s reported he was a no-show for the flight so he can stay behind and finalise his move – in fact it has been confirmed by the club as well.
“James McClean has failed to report without permission and will now face internal disciplinary proceedings.”
Just makes me wonder if he’ll honour his Stoke contract if they don’t gain promotion this term?
What happens if we pause negotiations with Stoke until he does his job and trains in Scotland?
Good, just let him rot in reserves

Good riddance. Don't know why we ever signed him to start with. One of the reasons we went down.

I don’t think it the norm but it’s certainly an awful way to conduct yourself

He's part of a failed team last year and contributed to that failure. It's good if he goes. We wish him luck too but he isnt someone we will look back on at all.

Another one to throw there dolly out of the pram grow up boys do you really think this is good example to show for your next club. I’m sure the club b want to get rid as well but the price has to be right #contractsmeannothing

At least we won’t have to put up with his regular none club media messes in future and as others said, not like we’ll miss him in reality. What’s that phrase about letting the door hit you on the way out?
