“Absolute Beaut” “Ballon d’Or Now” – These West Brom Fans Are Delighted With Summer Capture

|

Saturday’s clash between West Bromwich Albion and Fulham at Craven Cottage was a mixed affair for manager Slaven Bilic.

Having gone into the September international break unbeaten, we did keep that run going with a 1-1 draw as we took a point, but it was a difficult game and after a poorer start as the hosts took the lead, we ended far more strongly and summer signing Semi Ajayi opened his club account as he scored with ten minutes remaining in the tie.

It’s taken the 25-year-old £1.5million former Rotherham United signing eight games to open his club account, and it was certainly well timed from our perspective. Reacting to his goal and the game on social media, it seems plenty of fans have been impressed with his efforts so far and they are expecting more from him in the future as he continues to settle in at The Hawthorns.

His goal return at his former club definitely implies he can be a goal threat for us as the season progresses.
