22-Year-Old Returns To Port Vale From West Brom

|

With confirmation of Jack Fitzwater’s loan back to Walsall, fellow Academy graduate Kyle Howkins will also return to a familiar stadium as he’s been loaned out for the second half of the year back to League Two side Port Vale.

The 22-year-old spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign out on loan at Vale Park, making ten appearances in the league in total, returning one goal as he added to his own experience and development, and he again heads in their direction for the rest of 2018/19.

Vale are in 18th place in the table and do have one eye on the relegation places behind them and Howkins will be hoping to see his time on the pitch rewarded with points at they climb the table.

It’ll be the defender’s fourth spell away from The Hawthorns and it makes far more sense to have these lads out on loan playing real football rather than the Under 23 competitions.
